Owners can see and interact with their business through a contextual AI agent, right in their pockets.

The challenge

Running an HVAC business means keeping track of work across the field and the office. Owners need a clear view of what is happening even when they are away from a desk. WorkHero combines dedicated office support with AI to handle back-office work for HVAC companies; the mobile app brings that context to business owners wherever they are.

My contribution

I worked on the iOS and Android app so owners can see tasks and account activity from their phones. I also added an AI agent that connects with the wider WorkHero system, giving owners a simpler way to interact with their business using its full context.

The app work includes clearer workload views, traceability, and interface details that help owners understand what needs attention and what has already happened.

The benefit

Owners can check on their business and interact with its information from their phone, with the AI agent drawing on context from across WorkHero. The completed app gives them a more useful window into day-to-day operations while they are on the move.

Los dueños pueden consultar e interactuar con su negocio desde el celular, con un agente de IA que conoce todo su contexto.

El reto

Operar una empresa de climatización implica dar seguimiento al trabajo de campo y de oficina. Los dueños necesitan ver qué ocurre incluso cuando están lejos del escritorio. WorkHero combina apoyo especializado de oficina con IA para gestionar operaciones administrativas; la app móvil lleva ese contexto a los dueños dondequiera que estén.

Mi contribución

Trabajé en la app para iOS y Android para que los dueños puedan consultar tareas y actividad de sus cuentas desde el teléfono. También agregué un agente de IA conectado con el sistema de WorkHero, que les permite interactuar con su negocio de forma más sencilla usando todo su contexto.

El trabajo en la app incluye vistas más claras de las cargas de trabajo, trazabilidad y detalles de interfaz que ayudan a entender qué requiere atención y qué ya ocurrió.

El beneficio

Los dueños pueden consultar su negocio e interactuar con su información desde el teléfono, mientras el agente de IA aprovecha el contexto de todo WorkHero. La app terminada les da una ventana más útil a la operación diaria cuando están en movimiento.
